Women’s Health Emergencies

University offers the only 24-hour emergency room dedicated to women’s needs. When you experience abnormal vaginal bleeding, pregnancy complications or any other urgent women’s health issue, you will be directed to our special OB/GYN waiting room on a separate floor from the general Emergency Department.

Adolescent Care

Teenage women often have questions about reproduction. Our nurses and doctors take time to provide education about birth control, safer sex practices and sexually transmitted diseases. We provide routine gynecological exams and screenings to keep young women healthy as they move into adulthood.

Contraception Management

We work with women of all ages to find the most appropriate contraceptive for your needs. We offer birth control pills/patch, Depo-Provera®, diaphragms, implantable birth control, intrauterine devices (IUDs) and tubal ligation (sterilization).
