The Texas Diabetes Institute's primary care, endocrinology and specialty clinics offer outpatient medical evaluation and treatment of diabetes, including Type 1 Diabetes, Type 2 Diabetes, and other endocrine disorders.

Our Specialty Clinics

To meet the full spectrum of our patient's needs, specialty clinics perform medical interventions related to the early detection, management, and complications of diabetes:

Your Care Team

Our pediatric and adult endocrinology clinics are staffed by board-certified endocrinologists and physicians, providing diabetes treatment services to patients of all ages. The experienced bilingual staff of registered nurses, licensed vocational nurses, and patient-care technicians provide tailored dialysis prescriptions for all of our patients.

Nurse case managers are assigned in each of these clinics and serve to ensure that all relevant services and support are provided to the patient and family. The patient's psychosocial and emotional needs are also met through the efforts of licensed social workers and behavioral therapists that are available onsite for counseling.

This multidisciplinary team approach to diabetes treatment has earned the Texas Diabetes Institute a world-wide reputation of excellence for its success in integrating health and wellness promotion, diabetes education, specialty treatment and diabetes research.
