Personalized Expert Care for Neonates
The NICU Graduate Clinic & Program at University Health focuses on the primary medical care, developmental and nutritional growth needs for graduating neonates. Our staff has extensive experience addressing the needs of premature infants and manages complex issues in a primary care setting at the Robert B. Green Campus, downtown.
Our two-year program focuses on infants born with multiple complex medical issues and offers children and their families a doctor’s office to call home with instant access to dozens of pediatric specialists on the same floor.
After your first one-hour visit where a personalized evaluation plan will be created, we’ll continue to care for your child with:
- Developmental assessments
- Immunizations, including synagis
- Pediatric specialty referral coordination
- Same-day sick visits
- Support with emergency room visits
- Therapies (physical, occupational and nutritional)
- Well-child checkups
Our staff at the NICU Graduate Clinic is bilingual with professional and personal experience in University Hospital’s neonatal intensive care unit. Your child will benefit from the compassionate, expert skills of our:

- Speech therapist
- Social worker
- Lactation consultant
After two years with our NICU Graduate Clinic, your child will transition to one of our general pediatrician locations or our complex care clinic.
