Medication Assistance Program (MAP)Not all prescription medications are covered by CareLink, but the medication assistance program can help members get prescription drugs that are not available through CareLink.
Our MAP staff will help prepare your application to send to patient assistance programs offered by pharmaceutical companies. Some medications may take up to six weeks to receive from the drug manufacturer.
Prescription medications not covered by CareLink or MAP may be purchased at any pharmacy at retail cost.
