The Coach program is for new or newly promoted directors who are matched with a seasoned University director. A blended, three-tiered approach is used for this structured, competency-based program:
- eLearning component
- Director orientation
- One-on-one coaching program
New director protégés will be guided through 17 competencies during their first 90 days of employment. The focus is on connections and compliance.
The focus of this mentorship is on helping newly hired or promoted administrative professionals succeed by matching them with a seasoned administrative professional coach.
Coaches give tours and help the new employee establish a support network. In this structured, competency-based program, protégés are guided through seven competencies and 13 checklists during their first three to six months of employment.
Attendance at the Administrative Professional Council meetings with your mentor is required.
