Position Summary/Responsibilities:
Our Cooks perform quantity/batch cooking to assist in preparing and cooking foods to order in the operation of a major patient-care and commercial cafeteria facility of the University Health.
Education
- High School Graduation or its equivalent plus vocational or on-the-job training in cooking is required. Must maintain a current Food Handlers Certification.
- Two years’ experience in food production and cooking in demanding schedules is required or two years of experience including culinary school.
- Must maintain a current Food Handlers Certification.

Position Summary/Responsibilities:
The Insurance Collector is responsible for performing follow-up on outstanding patient accounts which includes reviewing payer websites and performing phone calls to establish payment or denial timelines. The insurance collector will review their assigned Epic account work queues and process correspondence requests by payers and third-party associates. Responsible for reviewing accounts to ensure accurate billing and reimbursement. Identify payer issues affecting payment delays. The Insurance Collector must understand payer contracts and fee schedules.
Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A combined minimum of (2) years’ experience in hospital or physician billing, administration, collections and/or auditing is required.

As a Clinical Dietitian you will supervise and carry out activities essential to the nutritional care of patients. Maintains accepted standards of dietetics and nutrition as recommended by the American Dietetic association.
