Dahlia's pumpkin blueberry overnight oats

Ingredients

  • ½ cup dry old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ground clove
  • ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp stevia
  • ½ cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 3 tbsp unsweetened pumpkin puree

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in microwavable container, mix well and leave in your refrigerator overnight.
  2. The next day, heat in microwave for 3 minutes and enjoy.
