BBQ chicken sliders

Make your summer cookout guilt-free with these tasty barbeque chicken sliders.

Cook Time: 10 minutes

Total Time: 15 minutes

Number of Servings: 8

Serving Size: 1 sandwich

Ingredients:

3 cups barbecue sauce

½ cup canned, sliced mushrooms, drained and rinsed

8 whole grain slider buns

2 cups rotisserie chicken, skin removed and shredded

2 cups cabbage slaw

Recipe Directions:

  1. In a medium saucepan, warm barbecue sauce over medium heat for about 1 minute.
  2. Add mushrooms, reduce heat to medium-low, and cook for about 3 minutes.
  3. To assemble sliders, add ¼ cup mixed white and dark meat on each bun.
  4. Top with warm sauce and cabbage slaw.
