Baja style fish tacos

You can use this easy recipe for lunch or dinner, and it’s healthy for everyone. Prep Time 15 minutes Cook Time 15 minutes Total Time 30 minutes Number of Servings 4 Serving Size 2 tacos


2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 4 tilapia fillets 2 tsp fajita seasoning 2 cups shredded cabbage 1 tbsp fresh lime juice ½ tsp salt 3 tbsp fresh chopped cilantro 8 (6-inch) corn tortillas 2 ½ tsp fat-free sour cream 1 medium, diced avocado 2 tbsp Cholula original hot sauce

Recipe Directions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a large sauté pan over medium heat.
  2. Season both sides of the tilapia using fajita seasoning and add the tilapia to the pan. Sauté each side for 3-5 minutes or until tilapia begins to flake easily. Flake tilapia into pieces using a fork.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix cabbage, cilantro, lime juice and salt. Set aside.
  4. Warm up tortillas.
Assemble tacos by placing tilapia, cabbage mix, 1 tsp of sour cream and avocado in each tortilla. Top with hot sauce.
