Ingredients:2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 4 tilapia fillets 2 tsp fajita seasoning 2 cups shredded cabbage 1 tbsp fresh lime juice ½ tsp salt 3 tbsp fresh chopped cilantro 8 (6-inch) corn tortillas 2 ½ tsp fat-free sour cream 1 medium, diced avocado 2 tbsp Cholula original hot sauce
- Heat olive oil in a large sauté pan over medium heat.
- Season both sides of the tilapia using fajita seasoning and add the tilapia to the pan. Sauté each side for 3-5 minutes or until tilapia begins to flake easily. Flake tilapia into pieces using a fork.
- In a medium bowl, mix cabbage, cilantro, lime juice and salt. Set aside.
- Warm up tortillas.
