They treated victims wounded in the Sutherland Springs shooting in 2017. That first experience led to programs aimed at improving the survival of those severely injured. The team is also reaching out to gun owners and those who don’t have guns with recommendations that could reduce firearm injuries.

Position Summary/Responsibilities:
Leads the development of branding and consumer marketing strategies for University Health System.
Conducts market research and works collaboratively with physician leaders, business development, finance, operations, and the executive team and across the organization to identify strategic opportunities to grow brand preference and market share for key service lines.
Creates, implements and evaluates comprehensive marketing plans to advance awareness and brand reputation for University Health. Develops monthly departmental and executive leadership reports on consumer metrics, campaign results and return on investment.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field is required.
- Experience in development and execution of a successful marketing initiatives.
- Healthcare experience a plus.
- Experience in business development, market research, marketing plant development, traditional and digital advertising.
- Social media experience required.

Position Summary/Responsibilities:
As a member of the digital marketing team, maintains the University Health’s digital presence by managing websites: including updating and creating new web pages, events, podcasts, photos, videos, enabling/disabling registration pages and website governance.
Uses insights to enhance digital content visibility on search engines using SEO, competitor analysis, keyword and topic research, and website and backlink audits.
Supports, tests and optimizes efforts by performing analysis, compiling and presenting results. Reports, analyzes, and visualizes KPIs, maintains data accuracy and integrity, prepares analytics dashboards/reports, and provides insights to management.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, information technology, data processing or related field required.
- Thorough understanding of website management, CSS, templates, browsers and navigational concepts preferred.
- Experience with keyword and topic research is required. Must have experience with SEO industry platforms, such as Google Analytics, BrightEdge, Siteimprove, Moz, SEMrush or similar platforms.
- Able to complete competitive analysis of other companies within the industry.
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator or similar graphics development tools is preferred.

Position Summary/Responsibilities:
The Insurance Collector is responsible for performing follow-up on outstanding patient accounts which includes reviewing payer websites and performing phone calls to establish payment or denial timelines. The insurance collector will review their assigned Epic account work queues and process correspondence requests by payers and third-party associates. Responsible for reviewing accounts to ensure accurate billing and reimbursement. Identify payer issues affecting payment delays. The Insurance Collector must understand payer contracts and fee schedules.
Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A combined minimum of (2) years’ experience in hospital or physician billing, administration, collections and/or auditing is required.
