Obstetrics Emergency Services

University Hospital's emergency maternity center is part of our community's system of quality health care and is fully prepared to manage obstetrical emergencies 24 hours a day. Our experience and specialized medical and nursing staff will assess the emergency and determine the best plan of care for both you and your baby.

The obstetrics emergency center is located on the 4th floor by way of the "D" elevators.

Emergency Gynecologic Care

University Hospital is the only hospital in the city with an emergency services area designed to meet the special needs of women. The gynecologic emergency center provides urgent and emergency medical care for women with gynecologic concerns. The center is staffed by caring physicians and experienced nurses whose expertise is in the care of women.

Located on the 4th floor adjacent to Labor & Delivery, our emergency services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
