The Texas Diabetes Institute (TDI) offers board-certified endocrinologists and diabetes specialists that address not just the disease but also the life and lifestyle of the patient, the family and the community. The Texas Diabetes Institute is one the nation's largest and most comprehensive centers, entirely dedicated to diabetes prevention, treatment, education, professional training and the relentless search for a cure.

Located on the West Side of San Antonio, TX, where the prevalence of diabetes is one of the highest in the nation, TDI is committed to providing the highest level of care in a convenient location. Our beautiful and state-of-the-art facility includes:

For the evaluation and management of diabetes, our adult and pediatric endocrinology clinics are staffed by board-certified endocrinologists. As a "one-stop" location for comprehensive diabetes care, our Specialty Clinics include Adult Medicine, Ophthalmology, Dermatology, Orthotics/Prosthetics, Osteoporosis, Vascular, Physical/Occupational Therapy, Podiatry/Orthopedic clinics. Diabetes Education

Serving as a referral center for newly diagnosed patients, we work hard to promote healthy lifestyles and teach people the skills needed to live with diabetes and avoid serious complications.
