The department of Patient Relations and Customer Service serves as an advocate for patients and families.

To ensure that we continue to deliver the highest quality of care, we sometimes ask for patient feedback through the use of surveys. All surveys are completely confidential and all are evaluated to determine opportunities for improvement, to recognize individuals who deliver excellent patient care as well as customer service, and to address any concerns that patients may have after discharge from the hospital.
