Job Performance Plans

Knowing what's expected and how you're doing is important information for professional success. We use a performance planning and evaluation system that has been designed by employees, for employees. We work with our supervisors to establish a performance plan for our job at the beginning of each year of service. We work with this road map in mind and are evaluated at the end of the plan year. Every new employee gets a plan during the first days of employment and an evaluation at the end of the first three months, just to help newcomers get off to a good start.

Performance Awards

Annual performance evaluations lead to consideration for merit pay increases, something we all work hard for and look forward to. Great job performance pays off in the Health System.
