This program is designed to give college students who are preparing for a career in health care an opportunity to get a close look at how the skills and curriculum learned in school are put into action in the workplace.
Observations may be arranged for students from schools with current affiliation agreements with University Health System.
Healthcare professionals available for observation may include, but are not limited to:
- Nurses
- Doctors
- Pharmacists
- Dieticians
- Respiratory Therapists
- Physical/Occupational Therapists
- Medical Technologists
- Social Workers/Case Managers
- Technicians/SpecialtyTechnicians
- Administrative Assistants/Unit Clerks
