FFACTS Clinic services are funded in part by the Ryan White Treatment and Modernization Act. The University Health System also has a program available to help you pay for medical care based on your income and ability to pay.

Our Outpatient Customer Service Representative will assist you if you are eligible for enrollment in CareLink. If you have Medicaid, Medicare or have insurance, we will file your form promptly. We request you pay any co-payments or deductibles on the day of your visit. If you are unable to make payments, please speak with our Case Management staff.
