CareLink is a financial assistance program of the University Health System. It is not insurance. The CareLink program is available to eligible Bexar County residents who do not have health insurance and do not qualify for other programs such as Medicare, Medicaid or the Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP).

Services & Clinics

• Major outpatient health care center is a complex of ambulatory care clinics where patients can receive both primary and secondary care as outpatients
• Opened in 1918 as the Robert B. Green Memorial Hospital, Robert B. Green Campus now offers acute-care clinics for both adults and children and several medical specialty clinics.
• Signature services include a comprehensive prenatal program for normal and high risk pregnancies, family planning, and the FFACTS Clinic for HIV patients.
• University Family Health Center Downtown is also home to the University Health System Foundation and a number of community agences such as the Susan G. Komen Foundation.
