PRN – Human Resources Representative (FMLA)

The Human Resources Representative provides leave of absence, in accordance with Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA). This is a great opportunity for someone looking to work a maximum of 28 hrs per week.

  • Must have a minimum of one year of experience in leave administration

Utilization Denial Manager

Manages and supervises the Nurse Case Managers, Authorization Nurses, and clerical staff of the Utilization Management Department. Ensures that inpatient concurrent reviews and retrospective reviews are performed correctly utilizing UHS's selected medical necessity screening tool.

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing
  • Minimum of two years recent management experience; three years of hospital clinical nursing experience and one year experience in case management, utilization review or hospital quality assurance
  • RN license & BLS (American Heart Association)
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of all payer requirements in all areas of the authorization, clinical review, and appeal process

Sr. Claims Analyst

Acts as Claims Department resource to coordinate, analyze and improve departmental performance. Identifies areas for improvement, documents business processes, researches best practices, compiles information and assists process owners to implement change and monitor performance.

  • 2-5 years claims experience

Director - Performance Reimbursement and Incentives

Responsible for successful definition, implementation and maintenance of complex reporting and analysis delivery requiring cross-functional collaboration and interdependencies between clinical and non-clinical activities involving high-impact risk factors. Combines managed care acumen, technical capabilities and partnership-centric approach to enable CFHP and provider partners the opportunity to transition to risk-based business models in a risk-enabled infrastructure.

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Experience in Commercial HMO, Medicaid and/or Medicare government programs related to quality programs and/or risk adjustment required
  • Ability to understand clinical terminology and provider incentive structures, advanced problem solving and ability to perform advanced feasibility and cost/benefit analysis required
  • Demonstrated, expert-level background in SQL Server and SAS programming and reporting (not system administration) required

Provides computer project technical expertise, project management, technical guidance and direction in the implementation and operation of computer systems used for financial, clinical and administrative call center and referral coordination systems.

Time and Labor Analyst

Responsibilities include:

  • Manages the PeopleSoft Time and Labor system (PSTL)
  • Responsible for assuring the system is actively processing employee hours, accurately applying Human Resources pay rules, testing and implementing system fixes, upgrades and new releases
  • Communicates changes to all time keepers and approvers

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in personnel, business or human resources required
  • One year experience
  • Four years of professional human resource/payroll experience, PeopleSoft preferred
  • Experience with time & labor implementation within PeopleSoft preferred
