Community Medicine Associates, Inc. (CMA) is a not-for-profit physician organization sponsored by University Health System, presently staffing fifteen community health centers and five acute care clinics in San Antonio, Texas. CMA provides a wide range of ambulatory facility medicine services including: acute care, women and children's health, prenatal care, geriatrics, preventative care and adult medicine.
We are presently seeking well-qualified, board-certified or board-eligible Internal Medicine, Family Practice and Pediatric physicians to provide acute care and/or continuity of care services to residents of Bexar County. Full-time and part-time positions are available. Will require some evening, weekend and holiday shifts.
Loan Repayment Eligibility! Many of our sites are located in a designated Health Professional Shortage Area. Physicians working at the qualifying sites are eligible to apply for loan repayment through the National Health Service Corps (potential to have entire loans paid based on length of service) http://nhsc.hrsa.gov/loanrepayment/.
