Health Careers Rotation Roster

As a staff member or representative with one of our affiliated schools, you are an important member of our extended family. You will be facilitating learning in an organization with a rich history of providing healthcare services to the citizens of Bexar County and teaching the next generation of health professionals.

Because we, as well as you and your students want to provide our patients with the highest quality patient care, we require that students and instructors be oriented before they begin a rotation. Rotation Roster and Verification

An electronic rotation roster and signed verification form must be submitted to Learning Resources at the start of each rotation. School representatives (administrators, staff, or internship coordinators) are required to complete the online rotation form before student placement in our facilities.
