Making Appointments

We see patients Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. To make an appointment, please call (210) 358-3710. First visits may take three to four hours, so please allow ample time for your appointment. Follow-up appointments may require two to three hours, so again, please allow ample time.

We try our very best to stay on schedule, although emergencies sometimes arise. If we are seriously delayed, we will notify you beforehand. Please assist us by being on time for your appointment. Occasionally we may call patients out of turn if they require urgent treatment. We ask for your patience, as we know your time is valuable and we do regret when you have to wait!

Canceling an Appointment

If you are unable to keep your appointment or are going to be late, please call (210) 358-3710 as soon as possible. This courtesy allows us to better serve other patients and will help with rescheduling your appointment.

First Visit

On your first visit, please bring your hospital card, insurance or Medicaid card, proof of address, proof of income and proof of positivity. Please arrive 20 minutes early for your visit. If you have been under the care of another doctor, we may ask for your permission to transfer some of your medical records.
